Reminder

  • Sit up tall

  • Visualize a string at the top of your crown, gently pulling, allowing your spine to lengthen

  • Relax your shoulders

  • Draw your ears down towards your shoulders

  • Relax your jaw

  • Remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth

  • Inhale through your nose - feel the coolness

  • Exhale through your nose - feel the warmth

  • Feel the air at the bridge of your nose

  • Notice the breath start from your sacrum as it travels to your third eye

  • Repeat
